Pros: the room was relatively clean, the bed was firm but still comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. Cons: the dog next door barks until 11 - 11:30pm (ear plugs didn't help) but the biggest issue for us was that the request for no housekeeping wasn't honoured, despite mentioning it to two employees. It might not be a big deal to some people, but it mattered a lot to us.

Wonderful stay at Spot family apartments - fabulous in every way ….. great location to walk to everything, lovely spacious apartment - spotless! And incredibly friendly and helpful staff - cannot fault. Arranged transfer back to airport early morning - lovely taxi driver - turned up on time - everyone very friendly and reliable. We stayed 2 nights. It was a small but nice apartment for 3 people. It was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was definitely walkable and plenty of coffee and bakeries in the area. Lots of shopping.

Best choice for a couple wanting some comfort
All (but one) of the reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and very helpful - answering questions, helping with restaurant bookings, advice on getting around. The location was very good, some nice reasonably priced eating places nearby, close to supermarkets and also the big touristy market too (plus the metro). The apartment was very comfortable, with strong air-con on demand. Lots of space in the apartment. Coffee machine with coffee provided. Big bed. Would stay again in a heart-beat if we were back in Porto. Whats missing? Clothes washing facilities (i.e., guest laundry).

A great place to stay: friendly staffs, clean and spacious rooms, walking distance to many scenery places, and easy grocery shopping. A little noisy around midnight for about 30 minutes - maybe from a bar nearby. We are fine with it, as we are so tired that we just fell asleep.

Excellent place to stay while in Porto! Location is within walking distance of just about everything. Well appointed apartment - fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, air conditioned! The staff is wonderful - friendly and knowledgeable. This was our second stay and will not be our last.

The sofa bed is very small comparing to the photos showed online Location is close to Center, less than 5 mins walk to market. Staffs are very helpful, there is car park in 4mins Walk distance at 20EUR a day, not bad

Nice place
Very nice location, employees. Apartment was huge and very clean. Only problem, we couldn’t find an iron. After all the travelling it’s nice to have ironed clothes. Great place and secure parking.
