We rented two rooms, one for our guest from out of town. His room’s A/C didn’t work so the hotel tried to fix it and when it still didn’t work like it should, they moved him to another room. We appreciated the attentiveness and care. My only sad face would be that the Sky Bar was closed due to potential rain. I just wanted to see the skyline but the front desk staff said they would have to open the bar so it was a no-go. The second floor bar was nice with great friendly service. Rooms were very nice too. Definitely recommend.

A smart room in an interesting hotel. Found two excellent restaurants a short walk away. Parking was full when we arrived so had to park down the sude street. Room not fully replenished for our 2nd night...no milk! Roof bar was nice ..unusual to find it open in November.

Had the best cosmo I've ever had the pleasure of drinking at the lounge located in the hotel. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Grear view from the roof top bar for sunset.

Great place in Porto
Hotel service and staff are great. They are very helpful and friendly. They also speak multiple languages. The hotel location was great for us and within walking distance to very good restaurants. Rooms are clean and confortables, however the bathroom shower floor could use some upgrades.

The Vincci Porto was an interesting hotel it used to be an old fish market and the architecture inside is very industrial looking. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable too. The hotel is located on the Douro River. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate to take advantage of outdoor dining or sunsets.

Room excellent and clean. The bar stayed open to a good hour, Breakfast convenient although I ditched the cooked breakfast after the second morning as it was luke warm (like most self service breakfasts in hotels) and had the continental alternative. Coffee was good. I would definitely stay there again if I ever visited Porto again.

The staff here was lovely and very helpful. The room had everything I needed. The gift of the port was a nice addition. The shower pressure was perfect after a long day of walking. I found the place to be very interesting also architecturally. And to top it off, the view!! Make sure to visit the rooftop!

Decent price. Quiet. Staff are all kind, patient and helpful. If you are walking expect 30 minutes to Ribeira, 30 minutes to Center at top of hill. It was very soundproof and spacious which was a huge bonus
