The staff were fantastic! They went above & beyond in every aspect! The property is beautiful! Beds & linens are comfy. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Loved the location with its proximity to everything we came to see in Porto! Walkable to everything! We enjoyed the rooftop bar! I highly recommend this property! My only complaint was the noise at night created by the bar area nearby.

The hotel is lovely and has a number if wonderful amenities including a first rate spa and indoor pool and sauna. The restaurant was first rate and the rooms were modern and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the welcome note that accompanied a nice bottle of port. Would definitely stay here again. In fact, I can't wait to go back!

It’s a new hotel that is trying to learn how to be a real hotel. Friendly staff, good location. The hotel needs help with function and design of the rooms, it’s awful. There is NO place to put anything

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! Beautiful design, amazing and warm staff, great breakfast! On my husband’s birthday, all the staff was aware and congratulated him since early morning, and when we came back from our tour we found a bottle of champagne and a delicious piece of cake in our room. So sweet! We had the most wonderful time in this beautiful hotel!! Don’t miss it!
