The house can host 12 people plus an additional 3 is composed of veranda, TV room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and a bathroom on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a suite on the floor premiero.
Fully furnished and well organized to host has conditioned air, TV, wi fi.
I host pet's TBM.
The house is in a very quiet street next the most important beach town, full of restaurants, ballads and concerts.
The closest bus stop is 200 meters away, near the supermarket.
No need to have a car because all needs are very close, pharmacies, supermarket, shops.
You need to bring bedding and towels.

A casa é bem próxima da praia e em um bairro bem tranquilo. Amamos tudo. Sem dúvida voltaremos em uma oportunidade.

Ótimo lugar, muito aconchegante e ventilado.
A casa eh espaçosa, tem espaço pra uns 4 carros, embaixo fica a sala com TV aberta, o wi-fi não é muito.bom e cai toda hora, a sala de jantar com um bicama e uma mesa com 6 cadeiras, a cozinha (se forem mais de 10 pessoas eh bom levar panelas, talheres e pratos), ao fundo tem uma área privativa para churrasco com mesas e cadeiras. Em cima ficam os três quartos, sendo um suíte. A casa eh bem arejada, porém o sofá e o bicama estavam bem mofados, pra mim que tenho alergia foi complicado. Fora isso, a casa eh muito boa, gostamos muito, a anfitriã é muito prestativa e atenciosa.

Casa muito boa, próximo a praia, sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa, tudo na casa funcionando perfeitamente.A proprietária, dona Cinzia cumpriu tudo que foi combinado.Estou louco pra passar mais uma semana com minha família de novo aí em Porto Seguro e ficar nessa casa de novo.
