Great holiday house, great location, really nice owner!
We wanted to be close to the perfect beaches near Porto Vecchio, yet also enjoy some calm country side. Yannick's holiday house was just perfect for that, a short drive from various top quality beaches but tucked away in the nearby mountains. The house is pretty and cute, and gives a very cosy homely feel, with a great garden with barbeque, hammock etc. Our two young children could roam around freely because the property is fully closed off from the public road. Yannick and his family were super nice and friendly, helping us out with anything we needed and pointing us to all the best beaches and places to visit. Couldn't be better really!

Agréable maisonnette en pleine nature
Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et les conseils de Yannick et de son épouse remplis d’attentions à notre égard. En vadrouille toute la journée, nous avons aimé le petit barbecue en rentrant le soir et le calme pendant la nuit. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons…

Location d'une maison à Palavesa
Le gîte répondait en tous points à nos attentes. Il était propre, convenablement équipé, idéalement situé pour nous (au calme et centré entre mer et montagne), la propriété était totalement clause (idéal quand on a un enfant) et le propriétaire était très sympathique, serviable et de très bon conseil pour nos escapades! En bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement ce gîte. Un grand MERCI à Yannick!

schönes Domizil mit top Ausstattung
Wir (2 Erw. 2 Kinder 5 und 7) haben in diesem Haus knapp zwei Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir sind im Urlaub stets Selbstversorger, es wird viel gekocht. Und das geht tatsächlich sehr gut, da alles da ist, was man braucht. Von Auflaufform bis Backblech, alles da. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind top. Die Betten sind leider etwas weich, aber das kann man überleben. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, in der wir uns wohl gefühlt hatten. Ein Manko gibts allerdings: Die Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbeigeht ist sehr gut frequentiert, v.a. durch laute Motorräder, die in die Berge fahren. Der Verkehrslärm war sogar die eine oder andere Nacht störend. Abhilfe kann man aber durch Fenster zu und Klimaanlage anschalten schaffen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

Petite maison récente et propre, avec une belle terrasse, au calme sous les arbres, tout près de Porto Vecchio, au pied des montagnes. C'est çà les vacances ! Accueil top. Mériterait juste un nouveau canapé et un nouveau lit pour être tout à fait parfait !

La maison est bien située, son extérieur est très soigné et vraiment agréable. La maison est bien équipée, très fonctionnelle et propre. La terrasse et les espaces aménagés offrent des pauses fraîcheur bienvenues. Yannick est très disponible, très arrangeant et a toujours un beau conseil tourisme ou gastronomie à vous proposer. Son accueil a été remarquablement attentionné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location, un grand merci à Yannick !

Un accueil chaleureux , agréable et aimable du propriétaire, Yannick as tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien durent notre séjour en Corse et nous as donner des conseilles précieux pour les activités et les visites à faire dans la région. Le logement est confortable, entouré de verdure et sans vis à vis et il est bien située, moins de 10 min pour les commerces et environ 15 min pour la plage la plus proche ou des balades en montagne. Nous avons passé des vacances génial dans cette régions vraiment magnifique. Merci encore à toi Yannick.

Superbe location !
La location de cette petite maison effectivement " tout confort" était parfaite ! Tout équipé rien ne manque barbecue chaises longues bref conforme au descriptif dans propriété privé bien entretenue, bien arboré et tranquille ! On est comme chez nous ! Location bien située proche tout commerces 10 mn du centre de porto vecchio et 1/2 de bonifacio ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec un propriétaire tres discret et sympathique pour de bon conseils ! Merci et peut etre a un prochain sejour chez vous c est sur on vous recommandra aupres de nos proches si besoin l cordialement nathalie et michel
