We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Large and bright apartment located on the first floor of a private property, it consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. The strong point is undoubtedly the sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 16.00 to 19.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
