Portoferraio is the main port for the tourists who come to Elba by ferry. Upon your arrival, you can enjoy right away the beauty of this historical city, and its impressive Medicean forts and walls. The city center is only a few minutes away by car and it comes alive in the evening with its typical markets and a variety of events that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. "Portoferraio Casa Con Vista" is a charming villa with garden in a slightly hilly position and is located in a very quiet residential area, just outside Portoferraio. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful white pebble beaches such as Sottobomba, Capo Bianco, Le Ghiaie or the sandy beaches of Biodola, Scaglieri, Forno.
Villa 4/5 pax: for our guests we offer a villa of about 120 square meters, with garden overlooking the sea. The property is located on a hill, in a quiet and airy place: from the front patio overlooking the garden, you can see the gulf of San Giovanni and partially the fortresses of Portoferraio. The patio is furnished with sofas, armchairs and tables, with an adjustable electric cover. On one side of the house there is an outdoor shower with hot water, while on the other, that is in front of the dining room, there is a lovely corner covered by an electric tent and furnished with a sofa, going up two steps we find a large table for dining under the stars and there is also a barbecue. Inside we find a comfortable and spacious living room with Wi-Fi, TV, ceiling fan and desk with printer; the kitchen complete with kitchenette (with induction stove, electric oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer) overlooking the very bright dining room, with two large windows. In the sleeping area the rooms are equipped with air condition: the main bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be joined, if necessary) and a bathroom with shower in the room. The house has not private parking space, but there is no problem of parking outside, on the road leading to the house: it serves only three houses, so it is not busy and it is always easy to find a place very close.

Arrivals: check-in h. 16.00-19.30. Departures: check-out by 9.00. Utilities: water, gas, electricity, A/C and Wi-Fi included. Final cleaning: € 180.00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 200.00 (to deposit at arrival).
