The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had at any hotel. Amazing! Everything was very clean. The front desk person was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel in Portsmouth.

The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. A friend and I were just making a quick one-night stop, and we found this the best value in the area….no frills, but comfortable beds, nice towels, and convenient location.

The hotel has been remodeled and it showed in the rooms in particular. Other areas were a little bit worn, but still quite clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Local places to eat within walking distance.

Property is close to Kittery trading pist and all the shops in maine. Its in the right spot where you dont need to be in the congested areas.

I would suggest that the toilet paper holder be placed in a different place....difficult to reach once seated. Need to take paper before sitting, toilet low and faucet in BR sink is too close to back of sink. Water pools on counter and wets all your stuff!! Bed comfy, very clean, staff helpful.
