It’s fine but getting a extra charge and no one at the hotel or a assistant lane is able to fix that this ls definitely something that needs work

The person that greeted us at the Front desk had no personality. But others at the hotel were very nice. The young man that signed us in didn't smile and just had no affect.

Very easy check in, breakfast nook is small, shopping close by, easy on/off highway, room was basic, comfy bed, heater was a little loud, bathroom wall behind mirror was orange, wife said hard to apply makeup

We were able to check in early upon request, which was accommodating. However, towards the end of our stay, the toilet in our room malfunctioned on the morning we were leaving. The guy in the office just said that the maintenance man was not there on the weekends to attend to the problem. That’s unacceptable but if they didn’t care, we didn’t care as we were leaving soon.
