Audissey at check in was very helpful and professional. We were able to park and check in early. Loved the room, bed was comfortable, the fridge came in very handy. We have stayed at many hotels and motels at Hampton Beach over the years and will definitely return to the Janmere.

Pleasurable stay
Wonderful room at a great price. The lady who checked us in(possibly one of the owners?) was such a lovely friendly woman. We felt very comfortable, clean and safe. A private room with very little noise. Only thing I would suggest to improve would be to add a microwave. Overall an excellent stay/experience! Will come again!

Clean, cute, updated... but TINY... great place to land for a night but maybe not much longer - Hampton Beach in general is just wonderful! Go visit and stay here when you do!

2 Blocks from the beach!
We visited during the off-season and found everything to be satisfactory. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop w/ a basic breakfast menu. Hampton Beach itself is huge and beautiful!

Dream room from casino ballroom
Stayed here for a show at the Casino Ballroom. Location was unbeatable, from concert to bed was barely a 5 minute walk. We were given room #1 which is essentially on the street with fairly thin walls and windows so we could very clearly hear every single car that drove past, so not the best room for a light sleeper. Room did have a slight odor of either cleaning products or other chemicals but overall not terrible.

Accommodation decent Reservation difficult
I needed to make a change to my reservation it was impossible to get on touch with anyone after 3 phone calls, 2 website portal messages. Once there staff was able to help and assisted in getting our reservation changed for just the change fee instead of full charge. Accommodations were simple and clean, and if you know dates for certain wouldn't be bad place to stay.
