Only positive thing was a young lady named Nikki who checked us in late Friday evening the rest of this day was horrible. There was so many stink bugs we counted 15 just in the window not counting the four or five that were flying around the TV we gave up watching the TV. We have no idea what the stain on the floor in the bathroom was it looked like blood but we didn't know. The shower just wasn't horrendous the shower curtain bar was loose or afraid to touch the shower curtain play faucet handle itself was loose so it dripped the whole night you couldn't turn it all the way off and the shower head was loose it leaked everywhere. I'm coming back for the exact same event in June and I am not staying at that hotel I'll tell everybody to stay away from this hotel.

Door and toilet both broken. Shower has weak head and pressure. Several lightbulbs need replaced. Bed broken down and concave. Dirty behind entertainment center.

I stayed there for four nights and then was treated as if I wasn’t a good customer. They were supposed to give me a discount on a room if I paid for another night when I went to pay for another night, she would not discount the room as she agreed to, so I’m never staying here again. The pool was out and it was supposed to be good.

I personally notified Quality Inn front desk lady and I also showed her one of the Roaches I killed that had a roach egg sack attached to its body. All night long off and on their were Roaches that were crawling on the small dresser table with the light on it. Roaches crawling on the little refrigarator, the TV Cabenet, on the wall. Also Stink bugs on ceiling and wall.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was filthy, busted, and rusted. Liquid stain running down the headboard, stains all over the couch. Couldn't wash your hands without water getting all over the vanity. The shower was gross. Luckily only had to stay one night. Do not stay here!!!!
