Terrible Customer Support. Pert House says they will email instructions the day before arrival, but they failed to do so. As a result, I arrived and had no idea how even to enter the building.
There is no front desk, and nobody to report issues to on site. Nobody answers their phone, and nobody returns messages. Wi-Fi did not work in the ASH room. They claim to provide daily maid service, but my room was never cleaned until after I left.
Property is beautifully restored, a historic house In a Tiny Adirondack town. Interiors are pristine, maintain well by the cleaning staff. Location is great for downtown locations, but it is a rather long walk from the colleges, and the bus service is only once per hour. Air conditioning and climate control is excellent, modern, updated. Daily continental breakfast options are generous but uninteresting.
This is a lovely property but completely without any kind of human touch. By choosing not to have a front desk or manager, this otherwise nice place to stay feels like a ghost house run by robots.
