My wife, daughter, son and their spouses and I booked for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding in the area. The house was fantastic ! We had a great stay at the the Grilled Chamalow. The property was easy to find, clean and exactly as described. We had the equipment needed to cook and keep up with the home. Plenty of room for family time and privacy. The many windows in the living room created a relaxing location to read or put a puzzle together. Town was very limited with groceries so plan ahead. Owners communicated well and were responsive. We had a great time for the three days we stayed.

Great spot — perfect for entertaining
We booked this place for the weekend for a friend’s wedding. Lovely spot with nice views, especially in fall. It was secluded enough to allow us some privacy, but close enough to town (20-minute walk, quick drive). Great communication. Many items were provided. Only minor thing was that the BBQ wasn’t working and we were warned of this by the host on the day of, which was fine for us since we hadn’t planned to use it, but if you’re planning to use it, it might be worth asking about when booking. Otherwise no complaints!

Parfait pour nos besoins !
Très bel espace commun avec fenestration nous donnant l’impression d’être dans la nature. Endroit privé et tranquille...mais tout prêt du village avec une belle gamme de services. Beau nombre de pièces et bien équipées. Petit bémol pour la belle saison: la cour pourrait être nettoyée (troncs d’arbres et matériaux de construction qui pourraient être ramassés).

Quaint house with a beautiful view!
The space worked out great for our family and was near skiing and food options. We went to Owls head, Mont Orford and Jay Peak - super convenient and easy through the border crossing. Travel advise from US - not all border crossings are open 23 hours so check ahead.

Beautiful, as advertised. If I had one little constructive criticism to make, it would be to add night tables to the bedroom downstairs as there are none right now. We improvised. There was also not a single box of facial tissue in the house; it is winter and noses are runny! Otherwise, excellent. We recommend and would go back.

Excellent layout. Well equipped. Great views with lots of light. Enjoyed the fire pit and sunsets. Great location for outside activities on both sides of the border. Owl’s Bread Boulangerie is fantastic.

This location was surrounded by nature, very peaceful. It is nicely secluded yet only minutes drive from the village and necessities. House had all the amenities needed and listed. Our kids only disappointment was their inability to get the tv to function despite the instructions provided.

A Great Getaway
We were in the area for a few days of skiing and Martin our Host was wonderful. Our accommodations were great and the views out the main floor windows were breathtaking. We had 1 full day without power due to a large power outage in QC but Martin did what he could to accommodate us and that was greatly appreciated. I will be looking to book again in the summer months to enjoy some golf in the areas as well.

The cottage is brand new. Close to Owl's head ski resort (10 min drive) and to the cozy Mansonville village. Well spaced from the neighbors. We had a great time, thank you!

Beautiful and quiet location, gorgeous view, very spacious plus two large bathrooms, really lovely roof patio, especially on a clear night! Impression that the property is still being finished - missing odd things like hooks and/or towel racks in upstairs bathroom; grass outside is new and ground is very soggy (rain notwithstanding). But nothing impeded our enjoyment of the space and we would definitely go back. Particularly nice that our dog was welcome!
