My bathroom floor had old dried conditioner or soap or something sticky on it. That is the only reason for the less than 5 stars. I think it just got overlooked

Our first room had a leaking ceiling , staff was awesome but they ended up having to move us too two seperate rooms ,which seperated my family, there was also a used q-tip in 1 of the new rooms

The staff was incredible! They went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. We needed two pack n plays in the room and they not only had what appeared to be brand new pack n plays, they had them set up for us! Pool was warm and our grandkids had a blast. Pool staff even offered us pool toys!
