I had a room on the 9th floor and I think my room was connected to a conference room and there was a large and loud party in that attached room between the hours of 11 pm to 1 am. What is up with that?

Doubletree aims to be average, and the one in Poughkeepsie succeeds. I'm sorry I didn't think to ask for a room on a high floor looking out to the river, the FDR Bridge and the hills beyond. My room on the other side looked out to the. bus station. The Expedia offer of breakfast for $5 turned out to be a great deal.

Nice property with convenient parking. However, it's under construction and elevators feel they are in disrepair too. Parking, wifi, and other important details were not shared at check-in. This is possibly because the front desk was right by the remodeling/construction which was loud and dusty, but it was still inconvenient. Room was clean. I was there very conference, which had excellent staff working the events.

TERRIBLE. This place sucks honestly. They’re doing construction and it’s a mess. One of the elevators has a huge dent in the floor and didn’t work. The A/C didn’t work in our room, it only blew out heat and got up to 80+ in the room. The current was broken. Trash on the floor. No apology for the heated room and all the things wrong. Stay somewhere else

The hotel room and desk staff excellent. Room newly renovated . Good bedding and towels. Lobby under construction. No sign outside. Nowhere to park before check in. Elevated parking structure onsite. Instructions should have been given prior to check in.
