"We were a group of 8 age range of 8 to 64. We loved the location to the beach and walking distance to the market. We also like how close we were to Laie and BYU-Hawaii and Polynesian culture center. It is a truly beautiful part of the island. "

"The location was excellent and exactly the size needed for many family members. The cleanliness and accuracy of the vrbo ad was a bit off. I understand properties near salt water etc, have some issues, but I don't think the living room had been dusted in a few months, windows hadn't been cleaned. (we couldn't even see out of them), tv screen hadn't been dusted. Where we were supposed to get extra towels and sheets, (the game room) was under construction, so that didn't happen...and if you are expected to throw a load of towels into the washer as requested in your welcome booklet, you should supply laundry detergent. When we realized that there were very little extras, we had no problem buying and leaving, coffee filters, coffee cups, (so there were enough for everyone to have coffee in the morning) dish towels. Overall, a totally awesome stretch of beach. Very private and quiet. Great table for family meals and games."

"Great location on a really pleasant beach with dining and great scenery nearby. The description indicated that there was no AC and I would be lying if I said the house didn’t need it. I’m sure natives are totally used to the heat and humidity but I’m from the gulf coast of south Texas and I found myself wishing there was an extra refrigerator large enough for me to climb in and sleep in."

"The property is perfect for a large group. We had 16 in our group and did not need to use one of the 10 bedrooms. The large lanai for the big house was where a majority of the group meals were eaten and enjoyed. Access to the beach was fantastic! Many of us enjoyed morning sunrises from the lanai and from the beach. The Big and Little houses, which are located next to each other made it easy to pop back and forth between as needed. Our family came together from four different states on the mainland for the once in a lifetime gathering. There couldn't have been a better location nor site for us to enjoy the in-between activity time together."

"Upon walking in someone said it’s like being on a boat. The expansive windows make you almost feel you’re in the water. Peaceful and quiet except for the sound of waves. Close to everything you need including the Breath of life show at the PCC across the street. The view of the mountains and sky was magnificent. Crab catching (and releasing) plus turtle watching at night. Loved our time there. "
