Comfortable bi-local recently built, beautifully furnished, ideal for couples, located in the center of Pozzallo, opposite the town hall and a few minutes walk from the beach or the rocks. It includes a living room with a large kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment is really cozy and comfortable, tastefully finished with essential and perfectly functional furniture. All the amenities (fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, air conditioners) are very recent (2016) and of good quality. The fixtures isolate from any external sounds.
A stone's throw from the apartment you find one of the two entrances of the municipal villa. The Pietrenere beach and promenade can be reached on foot in 7 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity are all the necessary services (such as supermarket, bank, pharmacy, post office, bars, pubs, tobacconists, newsagents, restaurants and pizzerias) so you can move easily on foot.
The suburban bus stop is just under a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
