It would have been 5 stars across the board. As myself and my son had a great stay. Breakfast catered for everyones taste, all the staff courteous and friendly. Our only conplaint was just as checking out we did the under the bed check to ensure he hadnt left anything, only to find previous occupants dirty socks!

The staff was really helpful. The breakfast buffet is great and it has the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. I loved the fact that I could do laundry for free. The parking is tight but I really appreciated the staff, they will park the car and get it for you. I love the security in the parking area. There is a bus stop in front of the front door, that’s helpful if you need the bus but otherwise it’s a lot of people for a few minutes at a time. My only complaint is it’s a bit farther away to get to the town square or other sights, they are all at least a mile away.

Brekfast was amazing! Beds are uncomfortable, the mattress is not comfortable and the pillows are too soft. hotel is away from the city center. I’m from NY so I didn’t mind the walk but it’s kinda far.

Excellent stay
Hotel was excellent .It's not in the centre of the main tourist areas but is across the road from tram and metro stops, which you can get virtually anywhere in the city very cheaply and quickly. Lots of restaurants in the area which we found to be much nicer than restaurants in the old town. The only downside was the air conditioning wasn't powerful enough to cope with the extreme warm weather we had during our stay

This is a fabulous hotel! Extremely clean, loved the freshness of the whole room. The restaurant for dinner is phenomenal as is the breakfast. It’s extremely walkable to all major tourist sites, but enough away that you’re not in the crowds. It was a nice space to return to after a day in the hubbub of it all. There is also a metro across the street and other transportation super close if you don’t want to walk everywhere, though I personally found things to be too close to have to jump on a train. The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I would definitely stay there again if returning to Prague. Thanks!!
