Wonderful short stay at the Esplanade Hotel. Very convenient location, just steps from the main train station and still within easy walking distance of principal sights and the metro. Very comfortable room, quiet, with a good bed and strong wifi. Excellent breakfast selection. Grateful for early check-in too.

Convenient and charming
The hotel is a short walk from the train station, and walkable to the center of Prague. The front desk staff and concierge were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the room was so clean.

Old building but very clean and quite, very close to almost all the shops and definitely may visit again, the only issue is the room size is too small.

Booked a room with twin beds. Bedroom and bathroom both spacious and clean. Had a mini fridge and aircon which both worked. Buffet breakfast was good. Not a huge variety like some hotel buffets but had all the basic hot and cold foods. Hotel is in quiet street just a few minutes walk from main train station and museum and a block away from main shopping and restaurant precinct. Would definitely recommend to stay here

The property is located just off the beaten paths for tourists. If walking is your preferred way of browsing around a city, this might well be the best hotel which balances the price, proximity to sightseeing and travel convenience.

Classy grand old hotel very close to train station. Right around the corner from the New Town main drag. Walkable to all the sites in Old Town. Very comfortable room. Elevator for ease of moving bags. Highly recommended.

We were a little disappointed that the bar was closed so early , after a days shopping and before heading out to dinner . The bar was closed before 7pm .

Mixed experience. Good location and good room size. Hotel is dated. Wifi was not working in my room and they never fixed it. Breakfast was not good at all. Even though we had the largest room in the hotel there was no coffeemaker in the room and not even the usual complimentary bottle of water.
