The hotel was excellently placed for exploring Prague’s sights. It was clean, quiet and the rooms were of a very high quality. Breakfast was very tasty, and the arrival drink for breakfast was a welcome treat! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay while exploring Prague
The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. There are several Metro stops close by. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Location is walkable to train station and about a 20 minute walk to Old Jewish Quarter. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was pleasant. When asking at front desk to accommodate a different room choice staff was helpful and provided accommodation. Spa was fun and why we selected hotel. That being said we did not love the architecture of the building or that it was vast and anonymous… it was lots of brass glass and lights. What I realized is my preference is for smaller and more architecturally beautiful properties. I’d you like large and anonymous with good customer service this will be a great choice for you!

Great hotel is located right in the center of things so anything is walking distance. Most major attractions are about 10-20 minutes walking distance. I’m a A/C guy so only draw back the A/C is locked on AUTO and low fan speed witch was a drag since it became warm in the room. Other than that great hotel.

It's fine. Rooms are spacious, but the shower is not for the unsteady - its a little dangerous. Breakfast is fine, albeit it feels like a 1980s disco ballroom. Outside signage is limited, so drop a pin to make sure you find it. It's fine.
