The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main area and easily accessible for all areas of the center of Prague. Being slightly off the main route means the hotel is in a quiet place without traffic noise. Images of the rooms are accurate and they are a good size and very comfortable.

Wouldn’t stay here again. On entering the hotel it’s pleasant but everything else was disappointing Temperature of the rooms unbearable! Asked reception to resolve never fixed Rooms are only cleaned once a week No clean towels left bins not emptied On checking out other guests complaining about the same things Clearly they need to be listening to guest feedback instead of telling people to email! Would never stay here again

The property was very clean and modern, the room was toasty and warm with a radiator in the bathroom. What I didn’t like was the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was and it seemed poorly communicated on the Expedia ad that the spa was separate from the stay (this was decently priced). Otherwise, strongly recommended for quick trips.

Fantastic stay in Prague. About a 7 min walk to Wensclas square for many food, shopping, and public transport options. The staff is friendly & the hotel is well maintained & very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is a great value for the price & the snack corner in the lobby is well stocked & a great addition. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family, I will be sure to visit again!

Lovely hotel, short walk to main shops/river etc. staff were excellent. Breakfast was good, lots of selection! The spa is an extra expense & gets booked up early. It’s a shame that there’s no restaurant/bar area in the hotel, although they do sell cans/bottles/frozen foods/snacks in the lobby. Quite reasonably priced. All the staff were lovely & were happy to engage.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !

It states it has black out blinds (which we booked due to the fact we were working at a festival and had to sleep in the day) and they lied on the listing of the hotel. They were thin crap curtains and the room was bright. They then refused to admit they promised black out curtains and denied it was advertised. We then had our room FLOODED by the shower. The staff came to unblock the shower and mop all the room up (all of our clothes and belongings were ruined) and they were awful, rude and condescending, staying we flooded the shower ourselves and did not apologise and refused to refund us. Terrible awful staff. Also no kettle, coffee or any basic amenities given on top of all this. Do not waste your money or be fooled by the 'nice' photos online or anything in the description.

A 15 minute walk to Old Town and a 5 min walk to the trams or subway. Ales was awesome at the front desk as were the breakfast ladies. Highly recommended. Spa is worth it as well, except the earliest massages available are 3pm so just prepare for that if you’re planning a spa vacation.
