Unhelpful desk staff day and night , no airport shuttle available, 10pm at night and spent €35 getting to hotel when it specifically states airport shuttle. No one answered phone . When I finally arrived he passed blame to airport end . Lady in kitchen was nice but again receptionist in morning was blunt and rude when needed advice. Was put in a room near reception so could hear every conversation so barely slept. Very clean though and breakfast was very fresh and nice . Staff need lessons in pleasantries though.
