The staff was so polite, brought our bag to our room for us and even gave us some history of the city. They definitely made our stay amazing. Only a couple minute walk to the astronomical clock, xmas market, and charles bridge.

A touch of Kafka
Pretty, well appointed boutique hotel with great location and helpful staff.u fortunately the restaurant and bar are operated by an independent company. I had a Kafkaesque experience with the bar that would not be imaagineable at a hotel that controlled its own facilities. That ruined one vening in an otherwise pleasant stay. Prague us a theme park with Kafka and the Golem in place of Mickey abs Goofy, so I will chalk that up to local color.

Beautiful, great location, and dog friendly!
Our room was beautiful with an incredible view. The hotel is very close to the Old Town Square, which was great for us visiting the Christmas market there and seeing some of Prague's highlights. Great stay, and they welcomed my dog!

Everyone at the hotel were so accommodating and were always friendly. We were surprised with a bottle of wine in our room to celebrate our honeymoon and that was just the perfect start to a wonderful few days stay. What a wonderful hotel in such a wonderful place! Will definitely come again!

I paid for an expensive room - the Suite Pretender - and was given a room on the first floor facing a busy street. Then we had the housekeepers noisily ratting their carts at 7AM on Saturday morning just outside the door because our room was next door to their cleaning supply cupboard. Shared spaces that are meant to be used by guests were let out for private events while we were those were not available. The staff try to be helpful but they just don't have the capability. Case in point, I asked for a late checkout and was told I could leave at 13:00 the following day. At 12:00 the front desk called to ask me why I was still in the room - the colleague I'd spoken to the evening before hadn't noted down that he had approved the late checkout. Nothing about this hotel feels luxurious, or cool or interesting.

Absolutely great location to everything! Staff extra attentive -nice bar and bartender. Very comfortable mattresses and bedding( which is very important to me). Couldn’t have asked for more!!

Great location. Clean hotel. Meeting area at level -1 was strange and the coffee was some of the worst I’ve had. Bed was okay, pillows good use an upgrade.

The room was so small that my husband and I could barely open our luggage. The pictures are not an accurate size of the room. I would not stay here again and do not recommend.
