PENTHOUSE: With a fantastic view from the top floor of the building, the apartment is right in front of Praia da Rocha in Portimão, Algarve. Situated in the Atlantic Building, the Penthouse has two double bedrooms one of them with access to a glass enclosed balcony overlooking the beach and river. The living and dining room is large with access to a panoramic balcony. The living room has plenty of natural light and features a cable TV and internet. The sofa sleeps two people. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, table for the whole family. It has fridge with 3 freezer drawers. With washing machine . The induction hob is quickly cooking your meals. Toaster and kettle to make breakfast easier. Microwave and oven. Air-fryer. Iron and ironing board. Vacuum cleaner. It has pots and pans etc. The view from the kitchen is from Monchique mountain range. Two bathrooms, one private in one of the bedrooms. The apartment includes a garage for one car, essential when facing the beach. Just get off at the elevator and it is right in front of the stairs to access Praia da Rocha. In the avenue many shops like restaurants, supermarkets and boxes of muiltibanco.
