Hotel muito bom e praia tranquila
Passei a virada de ano no hotel, foi muito bom. Bom atendimento, funcionarios prontos a nos atender. Café da manhã maravilhoso, não tem o que reclamar, oferecem leite zero lactose o que me surpreendeu positivamente. Não servem almoço, apenas janta. O valor da janta é um pouco caro, e ao contrario do café da manhã faltou um pouco de variedade no cardapio, pelo menos tem a vantagem de poder comer a vontade. Na piscina senti falta de música ambiente e o bar tinha pouca opções para quem não toma bebidas alcoolicas e tambem não oferecem porções. O hotel fica numa praia tranquila, mesmo fim de ano tinha pouca gente na praia, pra quem não gostade muvuca é legal. O ruim pra quem vai sem carro é não ter nenhum comercio perto, precisar de farmacia, mercado tem que ir de uber ou andar uns 20 minutos até o centro de Mongaguá. Mas no geral foi uma ótima experiência. Recomendo!

Nem sei por onde começar, o quarto não tem telefone pra falar na recepção, o elevador sempre sem funcionar, esqueceram de limpar meu quarto e deram uma arrumada já era mais de 21:00 o que eu achei um absurdo, faltou luz na madrugada e com isso fiquei sem ar condicionado, falta água alguns dias, teve dia que não tinha toalha pra trocar, além de que fica super distante do centro o hotel não é em Praia Grande em si, fica em Mongaguá e achei longe.

Compramos a ceia de réveillon ( cara) r$500,00 para três pessoas Comida Horrível, algo parecido com bacalhau cheio de espinhos, nao havia a opcao de trocar o prato usado por um limpo, frutas estavam estragadas Café da manhã caótico, nao havia leite nen pão francês, havia acabado tambem o nescau. Comida Horrível, funcionários despreparados Wifi só funcionou no.primeiro dia. Medonho, Horrível Verdadeiro horros

O hotel tem um potencial pra ser incrível. Mas a segurança e a falta de treinamento do pessoal deixou um pouco a desejar. Pedi uma cadeira no dia que chegamos via WhatsApp que simplesmente fui ignorada, sem resposta, dois dias depois meu marido foi a recepção solicitar e foi dito que iriam verificar. Logo depois mandaram uma mensagem no WhatsApp perguntando se não tinha mesmo uma cadeira no quarto,que se quisesse eles disponibilizava uma de cadeira. Achei um ultraje perguntar se tinha cadeira, sendo que sinalizamos que não tinha. Enfim, quanto a segurança da garagem, precisam urgente colocar um controlador de acesso somente para lá, pois várias vezes o portão estava aberto...além disso o pessoal da recepção que tem mil coisas pra fazer as vezes estão Tao aterefados que demora horrores pra liberar o portão é 8 ou 80...café da manhã bom, mas o restaurante tem potencial pra oferecer ao menos bebidas e lanches pagos por fora da hospedagem, que é um ponto bem negativo, pois te obriga a sair do hotel pra fazer qualquer refeição basica.
