The staff at the suites were very kind and location was very nice. However the hotel room was horrible. The room was dirty and dusty, the air con was incredibly cold and it was a battle just to get to water. The water was cold during the day and hot at night. This was a problem for both showering and drinking water. The rooms had no sound proofing so you could hear everything happening in other rooms or hear people coming in during the night. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

The staff was very kind and was there right when I arrived. The area was great as it was in walking distance to the Vatican and other historical sites. However, it was quite loud at night.

Walk or bus around Rome
We stayed for 5 nights and initially had some issues (double rather than single beds, TV not working & no curtains) with the first room we were given. However as soon as we communicated the problem the next morning, Christopher was at our door within 5 minutes. We were offered a different room which was smaller but cosier and suited us perfectly. The location, behind Castel Sant'Angelo, was great with buses running regularly close by to all parts of Rome including the shuttle to the airport. This is not a hotel, just rooms in a lovely building but perfect for anyone who needs a clean, comfortable place to sleep in a quiet neighbourhood.

The reception guy told me 'must to talk in italian we're in Italy'. It was the only thing i remember staying in this place. I had to check out by myself because there was not a reception desk, only a phone, no one answer to my call.

Room like brand new! Cleaned daily with extremely comfortable bed & TV with so many channels (Mostly Italian). Really enjoyed my 7 night stay, 1min walk from airport shuttle bus and walking distance to many historical sites. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing, comfortable vacation in Rome.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Jorgeh war wirklich nett und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Leider ist das Zimmer wirklich renovierungsbedürftig. Der Duschkopf war kaputt, der Lattenrost von unserem Bett war kaputt und die Wassertemperatur beim duschen war nicht vorhersehbar. Wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort, aber ich persönlich würde es wahrscheinlich nicht mehr buchen.

Bonne chambre mais humide
Bien situé, chambre tranquille et confortable. Toutefois la chambre était très humide et l'odeur d'humidité était désagréable. Mon linge a imprégné l'odeur d'humidité en moins de 24h et nos serviettes ne sechait pas car ils fermaient notre air climatisé quand il venait faire la chambre. Sinon c'était bien.
