Bed was comfortable but for me personally I would have liked a few small pillows. Balcony was very hot and noisy due to AC blowing right on it and outdoor furniture was abysmal. Breakfast was abundant.

Wonderful hotel!!
My husband and I love staying at Forest Villas whenever we go to Prescott. The hotel is beautiful and it feels like home whenever we stay there. Crystal chandeliers in the lobby, coffee, tea and cookies on the lobby all day. Delicious hot breakfast in the morning with two types of eggs, toast selections, bacon, potatoes, fruit, cereal and waffles. Beautiful, well kept grounds with a balcony for every room. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable with a refrigerator, table/chair set and easy chair. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel staff members are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are redone with gorgeous showers instead of the previous bath tub/shower combination. We love staying here!!

Elegant, and serene! Many spaces to sit and relax, from the waterfall ponds at the entrance, next to the garden fountain, our on your room balcony. The lobby area is inviting, ordering cocktails, and refreshment's. There are things to do onsite, swim, play or listen to piano, and a game book.

For an older hotel it was updated properly with walk in tile shower and a mat for safe showering was included for use. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Prescott area.

The free breakfast is the same every single day, but it's good. They have free cookies all day. Free coffee and hot chocolate. Relaxing music in the lobby. Really nice relaxing area.
