The entire staff gets a 5 star rating. We had an excellent stay and everyone from housekeeping to management were more than hospitable and friendly during our stay. We will definitely stay again

It was very relaxing. The hostess’s were very friendly (I met three) in addition to the woman making breakfast for the buffet. Customer service ALWAYS makes a difference and they were fantastic.

We travel a lot and stay at a lot of Hamiltons, this property was hands didn’t one that went above to well you, provide amenities that made you feel like you were at home. The room supplied drinks and snacks so you didn’t have to go out for anything. They provided grab bags as well for breakfast if you didn’t have time to sit at breakfast. Staff refused tipping as they were just happy to assist you.

We came to watch the northern lights, but were disappointed. However, the hotel was great! Bed was comfy, shower was awesome, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and helpful!

Very nice hotel. However the shower had 2 problems: 1. Adjusting the temperature of the water was tricky. Hot/cold did not adjust easily. It was either too hot or too cold. The faucet needs a new cartridge. 2. The shower head did not spray correctly. I tried all settings and could not find one that worked properly. One setting even sprayed over the shower glass door. The shower head needs to be replaced.
