Looks great but only so-so
Waited a bit to review so my initial frustration could be checked. Pros Great easy location. Decent price. Cons The headboard for the bed is over the outlet switch and every time you'd touch it the switch would turn off. Made it so I couldn't charge my phone while I slept. Even all the way cold the water at the kitchen sink didn't really get cool even. The biggest thing was we never asked for room service (no sign in the room to put out asking for it even though it said there was one) and not only did they come in they took the opened (not empty) shampoo, etc from the shower and didn't leave any new ones. Meant had to go find an open store to buy some.

Casablanca Room - 30/08 - 01/09
We just stayed here on the last weekend of September. Probably the best place Ive stayed for a weekend get away. Received all the self check in details via text message & if there were any problems they were always there to answer any question via the contact number given. Upon arrival the entrance smelt really nice. We stayed in the Casablanca room & for the price I paid, it was brilliant!! Very clean & tidy. We only booked for the one night but it was that good they let us stay another night & even gave me discount including late check out at 1pm instead of 11am.. Met Ken the owner outside and had a really good chat with him about the property and I can honestly say that he was down to earth and very helpful with anything we needed. Will recommend any who is looking for little get away, whether its on your own or with your partner, this is the place to come. I will 100% be returning here again & trying out another room because all rooms are different in their own way. Thanks for having us Number10

Great location of the property - central, near high street Preston. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cosy. Our apartment on the second floor however was very warm, a bit too warm.

An absolutely outstanding property with excellent features in the rooms. Staff are very approachable and nothing was to much trouble. Overall the perfect stay in a perfect location within easy walking distance to Preston train station, shopping and restaurants and bars. Will not hesitate to stay again.

Definitely not 'an apartment', worst description!
Terrible! Described as an 'apartment' in the description. As soon as you walk in, you're already in the bedroom. The whole 'apartment' could easily be fit into the size of one of the Premier Inn hotel rooms. How is this an apartment?! it was literally a double bed, a bathroom and a tiny sink with a microwave and an induction cooker. A hotel room is actually much spacious than this 'apartment.' The worst experience so far. Also please describe what 'fully furnished' means to you. Having a hairdryer and an iron doesnt make it fully furnished. Wished I hadn't booked this.
