Our room was not ready at 22:30 as it had been missed off the cleaning list so we had to wait 30mins for the night porter to clean the room for us and our two kids under 6 years old. Told we would get a refund still awaiting confirmation from the reception. The room smelt of smoke.

We booked a double room and a twin room. The twin room wasn’t made up nor a hair dryer present, when we notified the hotel they rectified it. Hotel next to a busy road and pub. I requested a bedside table but ended up using my case to rest my stuff on. Clean room
