We paid extra to check in early, so we could enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub only to find out they were closed because it was raining outside..dumbest thing ever.

Unfair customer service
Because I'm a local, I was told they needed a pretty hefty cash deposit even though i already paid for my room ahead of time. My friend was from out of state, so they didn't require one from them. It made me feel unvalued as a customer just because I was a local resident. Not only that, but we learned there were some sketchy characters staying there that were involved in sex trafficking and watching the kids. There were also people trying to get in our room at night during our stay. Definitely going to think twice before ever booking here again. We didn't feel safe nor did we feel welcome.
