Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly renovated and a short drive to Picton and several wineries in The County. A short walk to the community park with public docks and boat launch. We are in a peaceful hamlet of Northport, under 2 hours from Toronto

Our cottage has undergone a complete reno in 2022. We have a brand new kitchen, washroom and appliances for your use and our kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities. a short 4 min walk to the waters edge

Our cottage has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new King Size bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. All linen and pillows are provided a pictured

we are not right on the water but a short 4 minute walk to the waters edge & the Bay of Quinte

Our guests have full access to our cottage, including the entire property

we are available via text or telephone at all times and through the Airbnb app

we are a 4 minute walk to Newport public docks and park where there is a playground, water access ( pebble entry )
you can launch your own boat or use our paddleboards to enjoy some quality time on the Bay of Quinte

we have availability for 3 cars

Stay over in Prince Edward County during Countylicious this November to experience even more Countylicious restaurants. We are a short walk from the Northport public boat launch and docks and community park where you can launch your boat, fish from the dock and take a swim in the Bay of Quinte. We provide our guests with 2 paddleboard for their enjoyment including life jackets for use. Watersports are at your own risk while using them and we are not responsible for any liability.
Our cottage is had board games, cards, puzzles and outdoor badminton that you can use as well.
A few other amenities include:
-close to the public dock and water access point
-20 minutes to Picton
-10 minutes to Deseronto ( LCBO, butcher and quaint small town)
-Three dog winery is about 10 minutes away, they have food and yoga and wine and music
-boat rental available at County Shores campground, they also sell firewood, ice, eggs, etc.
- there are several stores over the bridge along Hwy 49, ten minutes away for cheap gas, and other immediate food items
-we supply a Sandbanks pass for your use, responsibility for you to book your time/space is required although the pass is part of your use ( please return it after use)
-please ask us if you need any other information, we are here to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible!
We do appreciate respectful individuals and families who will enjoy our place.

No smoking inside house or out buildings
No loud music at any time during the day or night,

Enjoy the outdoors around the fire and have a normal and quiet conversation, but your voices should be kept at a minimum. No intoxication, boisterous activities, and/or disturbing the peace at any time will be tolerated.

Failure to maintain quiet enjoyment of our place will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation & eviction.

NO use of fireworks on the property at any time

ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR PARTIES PERMITTED.

You must also acknowledge security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged upto $750.

If you bring your pet please clean up after it

Peaceful Getaway
Lovely property with all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy a wonderful getaway. The fire pit is where we spent most of our time - beautiful starry skies.

Excellent choice for exploring PEC
We had a great stay with our dog! Our hosts were excellent communicators and answered all our questions. The cottage was very cozy, had a beautiful yard and is only 5 mins walk from the dock. Very quiet neighbourhood, great for a chill evening after a busy day at Sandbanks. Would definitely stay here again.

Great long weekend in PEC
We really enjoyed this property as a home base for a couple's weekend in PEC. 20-30 mins drive to everything in the county and Bay of Quinte a few minutes walk away. The cottage was well renovated and fully equipped for all our needs. The yard at back is great too. Owners stayed in touch during the visit and that was a nice touch. Highly recommend for couples and small families to enjoy the county. Cheers :)

Wonderful place
What a great place for those who want to discover Prince Edward county! We traveled with our 7 and 11 years old and it was just perfect. Fully renovated, everything looked brand new. The kitchen was well equipped. There was also a nice firepit in the backyard. Would definetely recommend!
