Was charged more then what quoted as I had a service dog and room booked was not pet room. Seriously the room was dirty, floors, there was a piece of dog food behind door, part of dog biscuit under bed, paint on floors, holes in floor, shower head not finished to wall, paint on sink, bed covers were so smelly I threw them to floor, doors slamming til 2 am, tried to have shower at 6 am and water was barely warm I was freezing by end . When I told front desk as I decided to check out with 1.5hr sleep he didn’t apologize nothing. The parking lot was an ice rink should have sand on it, so dangerous.

Very dated, and rougher condition. Time for an upgrade!!! The restaurant in the hotel was not good with mouse trap as you walk in. The breakfast was bread and cereal. But very good. The only reason we stayed there was because it was cheap and we were only there one night

This location used to be great spot to stay overnight while on business. Now it feels rundown. My room was very hot even with small window open and ac running. Bathroom had holes in the shower head area. Beds were uncomfortable and sheets smelled like there havent been washed for awhile. As i have stated before location has gone down in appareance, hospitality and service. Even the breakfest was a joke. It contain cerial,bread and pancakes. Why even bother.

The front desk people are not accommodating. They are frowning giving a "tf" faces. They were not aware of the reservation which they should be and even asked for more payment. Staffs doesn't know how to excuse themselves as well. They dont care if they hit you or what as long as they can pass by you. If you're only passing by to rest for a night its ok. But dont expect much, the rooms are so dark and warm, the socket in the washroom is not working. Location wise, its a yes.

Beautiful interior garden, it was very relaxing, in all of our years of traveling it was the place we prefered. If you want a corner of paradise it is the place to go with view of the garden from every room

This place is dirty, the staff sucks at their job. The room smelled like cigarettes and it was a no smoking room. We waited 11 hours for a remote. Then we finally hounded the staff and followed them around till we got a remote for the bedroom tv. We opened up the sofa bed and found a used stick deodorant. We waited 30-45 minutes the night before for bedding for the sofa bed, so we could go to bed and had to phone three times to get all the bedding for the sofa bed. Told there was no pillows the when they finally showed up with the fitted sheet they magically had a pillow too. The microwave is dirty inside. There is grease running down the tile behind the stove and the range hood on top is dirty with grease. The top of the fridge is nasty. Broken chairs, dishes not cleaned up from the last people who stayed there. When I was using the washroom in the morning I found crap on the bottom of hinges of the toilet seat. I will check the toilets before I stay anywhere else now. The mattress on the sofa bed is gross, there is paint on the arm of the sofa and it looks like someone puked on it. The table top is bubbled, peeling. The chairs around the table were stained and dirty. Breakfast was nothing great, and the pool was out of order and we stayed 2 nights in this dump. I took pictures of everything!

Omg i have so many issues. Do not stay here. Filthy! No elevator filthy stairwell, dirt on counters in washroom filthy bathroom walls. Dirty toilet, hair in bed. Gross stains on bedspread, dust everywhere on surfaces , towel had what looked like where someone wiped nose on it! Could not get s hold of front desk. Three times had to go look for help. Person who came made us make our own bed.
