There was no TV service which is listed as an amenity on the website. Should get some kind of refund for this. Also, the hotel was very musty smelling.

The property is very run down. Everything is old and dirty. Electric outlets hanging out of the wall weeds everywhere and the carpet in the room felt wet The tub was old and gross. I'd not stop here again Glad i only booked one night. Not worth what i was charged

Ok but not staying here again
The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself is a little outdated. The bathroom reflected that the most, on top of being dirty. There were hairs left behind on the shower walls. The carpet was also filthy. I forgot my slides, so I walked around in my socks. I threw them in the trash before I left because they were just too nasty to bring home. Also, the window curtain does not draw closed. The sheers are the only thing to “block” sunlight, of course they don’t.

The property is in great need of a total make over. The entire facility is tired, outdated, and presents as overall dirty. The carpeting in my room was worn out and dirt. The ceiling had water damage which was obvious by the circular stains. The toilet and vanity/sink was extremely low, I don't think their heights would be up to today's standards. The bedding was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The meeting rooms and bar were extremely hot. Checking in was a problem as the clerk seemed to think I had already checked in since someone with a similar name had checked in before me. I had to produce email confirmation to convince the front desk employee that I had a paid reservation. This facility needs a complete overhaul and gut job. I hope to never stay there again. The corporate brand needs to step in and make major improvements.

A bit on the down side.
Rooms a bit out dated could use some fresh paint and new carpets or at least shampooing. AC system needs to be cleaned. Room has a musty smell and shower drains very slow. Staff is very nice but the hotel needs some freshing up.

The hotel had a terrible smell - a mix of cigarettes and weed. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty with hair and dirty handprints on the walls of the shower.

This place should be condemned. Don’t let the front lobby fool you. To start with the room wa dirty There were cobwebs and dead spiders on the walls . The paint was peeling off the walls. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and falling down. The shower curtain when you turned on the shower was so old the water was going through it. There was a sign in the bathroom that said to conserve water towels will be replaced every 3 days. You got one towel and 1 wash cloth per person yet the water in the tub was leaking. The blow dryer didn’t work and neither did the electrical outlets.Oh and to mention there were cockroaches in the bathroom. There were cigarette burns in the curtains furniture and bed linens. The comforter was too small for the bed and it and the sheets were all stained up. Also the bed had 4 brackets sticking out of the side of it do you had to watch how you got out of bed because you bumped your legs on it. We did complain to the office but nothing was done about it. It looked like the curtains were never washed they smelled horrible from cigarette smoke and the window was filthy. Stay clear of this place. Would not recommend this place at all.

Everything was old and creepy. There were large areas of peeling paint in the room, something growing on the frame of one picture hanging on the wall, tiles falling apart, the hair dryer didn't work, stained and smelly towels, the shower diverter was loose in the shower, something red and sticky was on the bathroom floor and mirror, the entire room needed painting—everything was just gross! In addition, the wi-fi wouldn't connect. It was also so noisy that I could hear my neighbor using the bathroom!

Could be better
This room wasn’t very clean. Someone else’s hair was on the table between beds, sheets were extremely old, balling up, carpet was really bad shape. Nice people though just not worth the money.
