The staff is so kind! It was a lovely stay with 2 kids. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Worth it to buy the add-on breakfast. Ambience was nice as you walk in. Pool was small but fine, perfect for families.

The bathroom smelled really bad of mildew. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there was no vent for the bathroom. We were evacuated twice due to fire alarms going off, and noisy teenage cheerleaders attending a competition in the hotel were very loud. Not a good experience overall.

Service with a smile
Stay was fairly normal but what sets crowne plaza apart is the service. Each person we encountered was more helpful than the last. Special acknowledgement to Jon Opele at the front desk who was more than helpful and made sure to take extra time to make the trip special for each of my kids. Jon is a credit to the hotel and when we return it will be because of him.
