Basic, but adequate
Overall comfortable enough, but basic. Carpets in the hallways were not clean and the floor in the room could have been cleaner around the edges. The sofa bed mattress cover was filthy, but clean bedding was provided so all was well. Staff were friendly and helpful

It was okay. Hallways was old/outdated. Kinda creaks and dented in some places. Bathroom light i was in was not really lit. You must give 100 accidental deposit that will be reimburse. So i took videos and pictures of the room just in case.

There was no hair dryer,tissues,there weren’t anything in the kitchen at all!! No garbage can in the bathroom and no where to get ice. Would not stay there again. But the room set up was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is run down , walls are PAPER thin, every step from those in room directly above us could be heard. Children running / yelling in hallway until look ate at night

Very run down. Soda bed was broken. Mattress (if you can call it that) on the sofa bed had springs poking out. Had to ask for linens for the sofa bed even though they knew we would be using it. They also knew we had three people staying in the room but only had towels for one. No water pressure in the shower.
