We had a good stay at Pawtucket Hampton Inn. A few thing missing. No information in room regarding wifi or ice location. No glasses in bathroom. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice. Breakfast was included and basic self serve but lots of choices. Overall we would stay again and recommend

Decent hotel
The customer service was good. Stacy at the front desk was very polite, and friendly. The room was okay. It provided what we needed for a last minute booking. The breakfast in the morning was a plus for my family. The hotel could use a little updating, but overall pretty good. Not having free WiFi was a downer.

MY initial room , upon checking in, had a fowl wet dog odor. Christine, front desk clerk, immediately made arrangements for another room. She was helpful and prompt. Easy location for commuting to the Providence Amtrak station.
