Pee was on the toilet when we arrived. Dust was everywhere on the lamp to the table. Tv nor phone wasn’t working. Sink in bathroom clogged. Someone ate rice and poured the balance in the air conditioner. No soap or shower gel in the bathroom. Whoever that came to replace shower gel and to unclogged the sink needed deodorant. Our room had a different scent. We had to open the door for fresh air

We arrived closer to 8pm. Once we got to the room, there was hair on the bathroom floor that had clearly been there. We closed the door to use the bathroom and it fell off the track. There was no privacy due to a large gap in the sliding door. The hallways had a damp, basement smell. Breakfast was good overall. Checkout was fast

The restaurant right next to our stay, Azul was great to visit. We enjoyed the pool, room and level of service even with it being a very busy weekend. The room was good, the free breakfast selections were impressive. The area it is in is a little rough but not too bad and it's easy to get to a lot of fun spots in the Pawtucket/Providence area. We did have one issue where an employee was very loudly arguing about politics with another guest down the hall for at least 10 minutes (we basically had only stopped by to change for a Halloween party) which we could hear in our room which was obtrusive, but the majority of our interactions with staff were lovely.

We had a good stay at Pawtucket Hampton Inn. A few thing missing. No information in room regarding wifi or ice location. No glasses in bathroom. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice. Breakfast was included and basic self serve but lots of choices. Overall we would stay again and recommend
