In the heart of downtown. Only 1/2 mile from a mall with lots of quick and sit down eating options. You can only valet park but the hotel offers a shuttle service if you can’t walk.

Inconvenient for having guests to your room. AC doesn’t work in common areas above ground level- becoming a Hilton signature - second property in 2 months wheee this was the case

Their shuttle service is great and the staff is excellent, especially Jenn. I went to visit a college in the area with my daughter, Jenn not only dropped us off at the college but also gave us a mini tour of the area and a lot of facts. She made the trip even better.

Great and easy check in, despite the key to the rooms were down at the time of our stay. Staff was super helpful with bringing us back to our room and unlocking the doors. Check out time is 12, which is super great!

If you want to be right downtown, this is the right place. The hotel is very clean and the staff is good, with a good breakfast. There is a free shuttle van too. But the rooms are small with no refrigerator. The price seems high for the size of the rooms.

Honestly the policy of not cleaning the rooms on a daily basis was unacceptable. The housekeeping service was sure to keep a card in our room to ask for a tip however they merely brought us towels and never made the bed or cleans the mirror in our room which after several days had toothpaste stains. Also we found dirty rags and Windex in the elevator and outside of the elevator. This area is so prominent that's the only reason we would consider coming back but this hotel needs a major update
