Everything was great! Staff was amazing and helpful. Bed was a little squeaky, but still comfy and clean.

Nice area and the hotel has a potential, but is very poorly maintained. The plumbings are old the toilet is stained and not clean. The room furniture and rug are beaten up and overly consumed. The general areas and breakfast are good.

The hotel needs a complete renovation- very old look, dark rooms, smelly carpets, smoke in the air. Shower was malfunctioning. Breakfast was good, but could be better.

Great Location if Going to The ZOO
We Had a wonderful time . Room was clean . Clean bedding . Only Complaint was the pull out couch Mattress was Horrible . Springs were poking in your Back !! rm 102 . We Loved the location of the room . Worked out Great for my Elderly Parents . My Dad loved your Coffee lol

The room we were originally given had issues with the bathroom sink and the pull out had mold all over it. They immediately gave us a new room, and everything after that was great.

Mold issue.
I arrived late around 10 pm with three small kids under five and the first room was infested with mold and the carpets were wet. The second room same moist problem. Third room same problem. Finally I said the third was the best of them bc my kids were so cranky. Gross. I wouldn’t stay here for free. They acted like the had no idea what I was talking bout which irritated me even more. The hallways had the windows opened with humidifiers everywhere. Clearly it was a known problem. Nasty. Don’t stay here.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay. Breakfast wasn’t great but included. Kids enjoyed the pool.

The hotel had a lot of raucous guests the two nights we were there. On the night of 7/27 there was a loud altercation involving guests from several rooms. Police had to be called to quell the disturbance. Too much drinking, loud yelling and threatening behavior. I would never stay at this hotel again.
