Worst customer service ever specially at breakfast staff don’t speak English at 9am nothing left at the breakfast when it supposed to be until 9:30am . We had to beg to have our cleaned. Shouldn’t be called a holiday inn Never again

I stayed two nights appart on the same week. In both stays the rooms were very stuffy with a bad humidity smell, including the sheets. The AC on the breakfast area was dripping into the tables with large black spots on the ceiling. Not planning to go back.

An inconvenient sleep
1 night stay to visit family. We weren’t able to check in early, let alone on time, the room was not ready by 3. The room was oddly empty, the ceiling in the bathroom had holes and was crumbling, so we didnt shower. There were stains on the carpet. The fan was very loud, and the ac did not take the humidity out of the air.

Hotel with a few parts needing fixing
Room was nice/clean/comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel had a few challenges while we were there. The pool was down, and the pancake machine wasn't working either, which was why we chose HIE.

Stay was fine. They were busy and struggled to have enough food/coffee made for breakfast and were unable to clear the trash, so it piled up. Problem between this hotel and Hotels.com that charged us for a night we did not stay. Both kept pushing it back on the other and we still have not recieved a refund!

The hotel was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Beds were super comfy , AC worked, bathroom sink drained really slowly, I let the front desk know. Carpeting was a little threadbare in the hallway but overall it was clean. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel.

Upon arriving property was nice, clean surroundings and pleasant. Room on other hand was full of issues, from mysterious stain on couch, mildew smell that lingered in room, bathroom sink not working at all, and tv having to be serviced do to no signal upon multiple restarts.

Not a bad hotel. The pool was not heated. When we stayed there were kids running up and down the halls til about midnight. I had to go to the counter to complain and I was not the only guest to do so.

I would never stay at this property. While in town traveling for work my coworkers and I felt very unsafe. One of our rooms had to safety lock on the door. The other room we were given was dirty and when we complained we were given keys to someone else’s room. We tried 3 different room options and finally decided we did not feel comfortable at this hotel. The manager refused to give us any kind of refund even after we explained our safety concerns.
