Very nice Carriage house!
3 day weekend. A. Great kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We were able to cook a lot. Fun. Upstairs was huge. Living area with a TV and a separated bedroom area. Nice bathroom as well. If the weather had been nicer (warmer) it is 1/2 a block from the Roger Williams park so a great place for walks and/or bike rides. Walgreens & CVS at the beginning of the street. Close to lots of things. We will be back again. TY to Steve for a great place and making things easy.

The cottage is spacious for 2 people. It is very comfortable and easy to navigate to and from in a quiet neighborhood. It is well appointed. We chose it to have access to the south and west. The resident lab is friendly and likes head scratches.

Cute (and functional) Cottage!
We loved the well styled and clean cottage. It also had some amazing pieces of artwork! The location to the park was VIP, especially for anyone with a fur baby. Although parking was available, it was very hard to maneuver in and out of the driveway. I was also hoping for a bit more privacy to use the backyard amenities.

Super surprise
We visit Providence frequently but this was the first time we’ve stayed anywhere that rates returning. Steven was easily available and friendly. The house comes with Moon, a lovely white retriever who greets you then leaves you alone. Lovely dog. The location was perfect for us, about ten minutes south of downtown. Plenty of room for the two of us. What a pleasant surprise. We’ll be back.

This was our second stay. The historic property is clean, beautiful and so comfortable. There were treats and fresh flowers when we arrived. We had all of the amenities that we needed and a few extra just in case. I can’t say enough about our host and this place. We will absolutely stay here again and again.

This was an awesome property to stay at. The historic home was so clean and beautiful. It had everything that we needed to be comfortable. The Carriage House was quaint and comfortable. The owners were responsive to the issues that arose during my 2 week stay. They even mailed me some items that I had left behind. The property was peaceful and exactly what I needed to assess the area for a possible move.

My husband, son (11) & Boston Terrier loved our stay! If I could live in this carriage house, I would. It smelled so clean when you walked in. Roses on the table & chocolates! It was well organized & had everything you needed. The location was great. The State Park is right in walking distance. There is a Walgreens at the end of the block if you need anything. The king sized bed was so comfortable. We loved it.

Exceeded Expectations!
we needed a place to stay for a wedding and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. we found this charming carriage house and decided to go for it. it’s on a beautiful street with gorgeous homes near the park. we entered the building and were blown away by the beautiful, modern kitchen and amenities. there was a beautiful view of the backyard and pool. upstairs, there was a sitting area and sleeping area with vaulted ceilings and skylights. there is a spacious bathroom with interesting features and a large walk in closet with a safe. the decorations were eclectic and fun and there was a surprise element everywhere we looked. the bed and seating areas were comfortable. communication with the owner was easy and friendly and helped to provide an all around great experience. we would stay there again for sure!

Everything went well and owner available, if needed. Beautiful neighborhood. Safe, wide street. Lovely view out kitchen patio of plantings and pool. Clean, efficient cottage. Modern appliances. We chose this property because they allowed our dog to stay and it was the perfect choice for us. The location is great. The house itself is just beautiful. It was so nice to have a place to ourselves and our dog was so comfortable. Moon, the owner’s dog, was a great playmate, too! No need to consider another property for your Rhode Island stay.

A pet friendly fabulous experience
We chose this listing because it was centrally located for a planned visit with friends in RI and MA and it was pet friendly. We could not have made a better choice! Everything was exctly as advertised. Upon arrival, we had easy access to the carriage house and found It spotless and including literally everything we would need. We were fortunate to meet Steve and Chun Mei who greeted us with their dog, Moon, a real sweetheart who made the perfect playmate for our dog, Sallie. The yard is large and fenced in, making it a safe accommodation for bringing a pet. Roger Williams Park is less than a 1/2 block away, allowing for long leisurely walks for guests and pets alike. Super hosts Steve & ChunMei have thought of EVERYTHING to make a stay at this charming carriage house an excellent experience. The house has everything you could possibly need. Everything is super clean and organized. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. Homes are lovely with every kind of beautiful architecture. A two minute walk gets you to Roger Williams Park. The property is absolutely wonderful. Book immediately! You will love it!

We loved our stay here. It’s in a great location, and the place was great. Even cuter than the pictures! Our 7 month old puppy joined us as well and also loved his stay - and especially loved playing with the other dog in the backyard by the pool! Thanks for letting us stay at your little carriage house. We would definitely choose to stay again if back in the area!

Perfect House
A very nice and comfortable rental. Unique setup. They thought of everything and when we got in we found a very clean house with many fresh cut flowers! Excellent touch! Friendly owners and a very personable puppy! Moon was a great greeter! Nice quite block steps away from the park and many other locations. We will be back!
