Great centrally located hotel
Great room. Spacious and had a beautiful view. Attached photo was taken from our room! Parking was expensive but included in our privileges. The property has an indoor overpass attached directly to the mall which has Macy’s and a range of other shops.

Conveniently located in downtown Providence with easy access to transportation and the Providence Place mall. Great view of downtown. Housekeeping appeared understaffed or otherwise unable to attend to our room each day. Elevator outage/emergency complicated check-out day, with stairwell only providing emergency outside access, with no lobby access.

The facility will try and charge for even Wifi. That is so ridiculous in this age and they have one of the most dangerous staircases. on the way down from 2nd coffee shop to 1st floor lobby.
