No hot water running in the shower. No compensation or desire from management to fix the issue or even offer a refund or even comp the valet parking on site. Hallways and rooms smell like mildew and mold. Sheets are extremely stiff and beds old and hard. Has a feeling of being super outdated and has that "bed bug" feeling to it. Never staying here again.

Checked into the hotel. They must spend having a banquet of some sort where guests were hanging in the hallway where you could not get to the elevator I had my mother that I was pushing in a wheelchair, you would think that people would get out of your way or staff help you to get through, but they did not.

What kind of hotel charges for WIFI? better yet charges for NETFLIX? that’s such a joke. Don’t let the comfy bed fool you, everything extra they will charge you a nickel and dime. Parking isn’t 20$ a night they still charge you hourly PLUS valet was 38 but the next it’s 68…they change the price as they go. I would think a hotel this popular in ratings would be more classy but not at all. It was a huge inconvenience. Won’t be staying here again, you need to tell your staff to be more friendly as well.
