The main sleeping bedroom is very dim. Also found a dirty pair of underwear on the side of a dresser, when I told the front desk all they said was sorry.

Comfortable and convenient.
It started a tiny bit rocky because they didn't read my messages about connecting rooms with my business associate and messed that up. We did not have that. However, the young desk clerk, Star, was incredibly friendly, helpful, sweet and courteous, and went out of her way to make the experience better. Honestly, she should get a raise for her ability to diffuse and turn a rocky situation into a soft and comfortable one. The rooms were excellent too.

Clean and Comfortable Hotel Close to Newport
Really nice hotel! Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a lot bigger than expected and the closet area by the bathroom was so nice to have. The breakfast buffet was better than what most hotels offer. If we are ever in the area visiting RI again I would definitely come back to this hotel. The price was was worth what we got.

I don't know how we have never stayed in a Residence Inn before, but we loved it. We mainly use hotels as a place to sleep and a base while we are in the area for something else, ie. visiting NYC or traveling for hockey tournaments. The rooms at this property were like a small apartment, with an actual kitchen! There was also a full breakfast buffet included, and I found the food to be very good as far as hotel buffets go. I liked this property so much that I will start seeking Residence Inns as first choice when looking for a place to stay on trips where the top priority is a place to sleep and serve as home base.

Great staff
The hotel was well kept.The room size was great. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly and the lady that worked in the breakfast area worked extremely hard keeping up with the food and keeping the area clean.(She deserves a raise).
