My family and I truly enjoy staying at Rho departamentos. The apartment was perfect! Rooms were a good size, it was clean and well located. I felt extremely safe with all their safety features, like QR code to enter the building. As per the host; they were extremely attentive! Welcoming and caring from the moment I book! They provided me will clear instructions and answered all my questions within minutes. I would definitely be booking Rho Departamentos next time I visit Santiago!

Solo trip through South America
Host was very helpful, especially when I arrived and was having issues. Apartment was cozy, and good size for me. Liked having a functional balcony as well as a kitchen. Would have liked to have a working stove however I found that it did not work after getting food to heat in it. Bathroom was a good size, but definitely could use some paint and fixing up. Would stay again and recommend. Location alone, next to metro for easy travel around city. And the two gentleman working front desk in the evening were fun, friendly, and a joy to chat with.

We stayed here for a week and during that time walked to various sites. The location was perfect as it was in the middle of everything we saw. There was a small grocery store down the street that we stopped at daily. While we didn't use the metro, there is a station just outside the building. The apartment had everything we needed and with the few questions we had, the owners were good to respond quickly. They had space for us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Took us a little to get familiar with the security measures to get into the building (QR code), but after we had it down, it was nice that those measures are in place for our safety. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Santiago.

Foi muito boa nossa experiencia, chegamos o apto estava todo limpinho e arrumadinho, tivemos um pequeno problema com a internet mas foi resolvido de pronto. Acho que deveria ter mais produtos de limpeza para a manutenção do apto, faltou uma toalha de piso para os banheiros e toalha de rosto, mas foi resolvido no terceiro dia.Comunicação com o anfitrião escelente sempre a disposição.Localização ótima tem de tudo por perto, desde padaria, mercado, farmacia a poucos metros. Um ponto negativo, a janela do quarto fica pra rua onde tem um bar e o barulho incomoda muito pra dormir. Em geral, muito satisfeita.

Ótima opção de hospedagem em Santiago. Sem luxo, porém com muita praticidade, ótima localização e perfeito custo benefício, se seu objetivo for desbravar a cidade e não apreciar luxos que um hotel pode te proporcionar. Para nosso estilo de viagem, foi ótimo. Apartamento com cozinha e utensílios, geladeira, micro-ondas... Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo pessoal responsável pelo apartamento e também pelo pessoal da recepção do edifício.

Excelente localização e hospedagem
Experiência muito boa, gostamos tanto que em outras viagens a Santiago buscaremos por essa hospedagem com certeza! Apartamento muito bem localizado, seguro (serviço de controle de portaria por QRCode, muito prático e seguro) e de super fácil acesso ao metrô e aos centros comerciais (decidimos curtir o rolê a pé e isso nos fez conhecer o dia-a-dia dos chilenos). Muitas opções de restaurantes, redes de fast-food (tem de um tudo na redondeza) Acomodações limpas (tem serviço de limpeza agendado), ar-condicionado super atende, banheiro limpo também. No geral, tudo limpo e organizado. Recomendo a todos que buscam um ambiente acolhedor para se hospedar, o Rho é uma excelente escolha. Agradecemos ao anfitrião e a sua equipe pelo excelente serviço prestado.

A hospedagem foi excelente. A localização é ótima com vários comércios e metrô perto. O apartamento era bastante confortável para duas pessoas e tinha vista para cordilheira. Possui local para guardar as malas caso chegue mais cedo. O proprietário foi muito prestativo e resolveu tudo com rapidez e simpatia. Voltaria a me hospedar lá e indico para os amigos.
