All the staff were amazing and nice! The resort was cleanly and beautiful. I believe we should have been reimbursed some money because we were not able to enjoy the sister property, The Alexandra, because it was closed.

Love the ocean, staff was amazingly helpful especially Natalie. Convenient for boating and jet skiing

It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Everything was beautiful and very clean. The food was excellent. Definitely recommend !

Overall a nice stay. Staff was great. Food was absolutely delicious. Wished there were more lunch time options, and more restaurant options. The resort should have complimentary mosquito/bug repellant and the itch cream because they were out of control. The bug bites were very miserable.

Check-in staff was great, food was limited but good, service in restaurant was great, activities staff was great. But no service at beach, daytime/lunch service was terrible, and really hard to figure out how to operate on the property. No room service options. Shuttle only operates once per hour, between 10 am and 10 pm, and often gets full enough that it has to leave people behind.
