Overall beautiful property. Short walk to beach. Nice restaurant beach side. Maids did not sweep floors which gather sand and crumbs. Used free bikes and beach chairs. Our room had an electric air pump to blow up rafts. Took shuttles to restaurants

The in room coffee was terrible! (lol) We used the shuttle daily, it it would be good to have a shuttle that traveled further west and to the grocery store. The staff was lovely and helpful! We felt very safe! Our room was clean and well maintained. The lobby needs updating. The landscaping needed attention. Overall, those were small details that would improve a nice place. The location isn’t great for active young people, but it is great for families and those not interested in night life and partying!

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Club Resort. I'd highly recommend it. The property is very well maintained with a great aesthetic, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food/drinks at the onsite restaurant were very good. The shuttle to its sister resort, Ocean Club West, made it easy to access the central shopping area and many restaurants. Although we ate most of our meals out, our suite had a washer/dryer and also a full kitchen set up, which I'd imagine would be really great if traveling with a family or if there were nights you'd prefer to cook at home. There are also grills available for use at no charge. Overall a great stay!

Suite was perfect size etc. the beach was stunning and staff were amazing. CONS washer and dryer in our suite did not work properly couldn’t get the washer Started at all and pressure and heat in the shower was below my standards. Hope they resolve this before the next guests.

My stay here was excellent!!! My room was very nice with a huge wrap around balcony. The property grounds were beautiful and everything looked like it belonged in a magazine. Every single one on staff was amazing! They were super attentive, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond! Resort is very close to central Grace Bay and many other activities. It was a 3 minute drive to most places; approx. 15-20 minute walk. I would definitely return to this resort.

Property was safe, quiet and clean. Stayed at ocean club east. I will say it is hard to get a taxi after 10pm, please find a driver during your stay. Also I wish they had an extra mirror in the room, there was only 1 that was in the bathroom. Lastly bring bug spray because the mosquito’s were harsh.

Very nice property. Friendly staff nice beach with umbrella towels and lounge chair. Very good beachside low key restaurant with good drinks and food. Property is associated with ocean club west which they provide a shuttle which puts You in walking distance to other restaurants and shopping. Two nice pools. Can’t say enough about the great staff. We had a one bedroom which had a fridge, microwave. Dishes. Also a washer dryer

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Club Resort. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were excellent. Our room even included a washer and dryer. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious.
