Spectacular 3 Bedroom Beachfront Condo

Our comfortable 3 bedroom beachfront condo (which has the best view in the resort) looks out over the dazzling beach, which is only steps away from your door. Unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with 2 Bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the beautiful natural unspoiled beach and swimming pool. This resort is ideal for couples, group of friends, or families looking for a private vacation in paradise. Here you will find a tropical island getaway with world class snorkeling right outside your door, as well as a practically private pool and hot tub. Unit has a large updated kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops, stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Our downstairs bathrooms has also been upgraded and most recently (2021) our floor throughout the entire unit has been upgraded (pictures of update to follow in November 2021)

Watch the sunrise from the two private balconies and/or from one of the two bedrooms overlooking the ocean. Beautiful sunsets can be seen just a short walk down the beach or if you are not into strolling on the beach you can just step out of the front door for spectacular sunsets. Take a stroll or a run along the unspoiled beach right outside your condo.

Northwest Point, a secluded, private intimate and tranquil Caribbean paradise on the Island of Providenciales. At Northwest Point you will enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. Resort has lounge chairs, umbrellas, BBQ grill, kayaks. Rental include clean linens when you arrive and clean up after your leave. Towels including beach towels will be provided. Free internet service. Additional house cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

Our unit is rented and managed only by owner and maintained by a private housekeeper. We have full time maintenance staff and the maintenance manager lives at Northwest Point. We will give you access codes to the development as well as our unit once final payment is made.

Northwest Point is only 15 minutes from Airport and 25 minutes (12 miles) from the famous Grace Bay beaches, shops and restaurants. Rental car is advisable so you can explore the island and do your grocery shopping. IGA and Smart Supermarket are only 15 minutes away.

Grace Bay Car Rentals has an office in the airport parking lot. They will have your car ready to drive away. The other rental companies will meet you at airport and take you in their shuttle to outside rental location, all within 3 to 5 minutes from airport. You might want to request a cell phone to use on the island to make reservations, etc. unless you have an international plan with your cell phone company. The phone is free and they will put in as much money as you want and you can always add as you go along if you need. Don't forget to request it when you reserve your car.

Tropical Paradise
Our stay at Northwest Point was excellent.  The unit is well appointed and has everything you need if you choose to eat in.  The unit was very clean when we arrived and the check-in was simple.  Ana responded to all of my questions and supplied great instruction on how to get to the unit and recommendations of places to visit or eat.  The unit has spectacular views and their is a beautiful pool.  The beach is OK but the swimming is not great from the beach and there are lots of weeds.  If you have mobility issued this is not the place for you as the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.  The road to the Northwest Point can be very busy near the airport and very remote for the last section but we had no trouble navigating to the resort.  Be prepared for at least a 1/2 drive if you choose to eat at restaurants and it cab take longer if you want to eat at 6:00 pm as there can be a lot if traffic.  All in all we enjoyed our stay at Northwest Point.

Wonderful views! The sunrise’s are phenomenal from the balcony. Very clean and well kept. Difficult to swim at the beach there because of all the seaweed. We had to go to Grace Bay to swim in the ocean.

A hidden gem in the NW corner of provo. Nice pool with onsite bar and adjacent beach. It worked well as a base to explore the island. The unit had a nice balcony with a beautiful 180 degree view of the ocean.

Great Vacation Rental !
My family and I, (wife and two adult children), stayed at this property from February 8th through the 15th. The resort and condo are beautiful and they have everything you could need! We could not find one thing to complain about or critique. The property itself is remote, (which I liked), and you do need to rent a car. The host, (Ana), was very responsive and provided us with all of the information that we needed. I highly recommend property and it is a great vacation rental !

Great space and great host!
We just returned from a week long visit and it was our first time in TC...The unit has tons of room and incredible views! The host responded immediately to an issue that cropped up. The amount of space for the money cannot be beat on the island. Like other reviews mention you absolutely need a car and remember driving is on the other side of the road! Our favorite spot was Dickies on Grace bay for swimming and hanging out all day. Easy parking and and they rent you loungers and tables. Stunning beaches.....

Wonderful Condo in Turks & Caicos
This is a lovely condo on beautiful property. We enjoyed it very much. It is quite a ways to restaurants but there is a nice small bistro on property. It is the perfect place to relax. And the condo is well equipped for all of your needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and equipped with everything you need. Lots of plates, cups, cooking utensil, towels etc.. great indoor and outdoor seating spaces. Ana was very quick to reply and sent us thorough check in information and information about the surrounding area, restaurants and beaches to visit. The pool was lovely and warm. We used the hot tub as well. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The location is definitely remote and the resort is quiet. We were often the only people at the pool, but did meet other people at the resort. The road out to the resort is rough (lots of potholes and dirt road) but the resort was secure with a gate and someone at the gate at night. Once you got out there it was a great stay and we felt very much at home! Would definitely stay there again.

If you want a condo that is away from everything then this would work for you. We were aware that it would be, but this beach has lots of seaweed. Also, when it rained, there was water coming up underneath the sliding glass door and the ceiling was leaking. The fan in the bedroom would not work either.

The property is secluded from the rest of the island. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, NWP is what you're looking for. Especially, if you don't mind self cooking and keeping things simple. The pool is well maintained. The beach is quiet. There is seaweed near the shore but it is clear of unnatural debris. If you want night life and fancy restaurants, you'll have to drive 20-30 minutes. I'd recommend a small suv.

If you want to visit paradise to get away from it all, THIS is the place! The property is lovely, well appointed and equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. The view is spectacular and because it’s adjacent to a national park, there are miles of deserted beach to explore. Ana is an exceptional communicator and provided assistance and suggestions that added additional dimensions to our experience. We absolutely loved this property.

Beautiful Remote Location
Stayed here with my two sons and daughter-in-law in December 2023. This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos, and hopefully not our last. This is a wonderful condo at a beautiful resort. It is in a remote location on the island away from all the busyness of the main resort areas, but that is what we were looking for. Information before hand and correspondence with Ana while we were there was great. It has a beautiful beach that you can walk in both directions, a very nice pool, along with a hot tub. The resort was not real busy while we were there, we got to meet a number of condo owners while we we there, and one of them from Las Vegas (Dan) put on a 2 hour concert playing the guitar and singing on one of the evenings. We drove into town on a couple of days and visited Grace beach and a number of others (all beautiful). We also went to a few remote locations on the island. We had a wonderful week and would definitely come back here again.

Great spot for those seeking to get away from the crowds
Immaculately clean and comfort condo. Kitchen had everything we needed and there were lots of beach towels. Owner was quick with replies which we were very grateful for. Great pool! One note for others with kids: water was shut off 3x while we were there and toilets didn't flush, no water for drinking, etc., so fill up a big jug just in case to cover necessities.

Ana's apartment is beautiful and comfortable, all same as described in the pictures. The apartment has all you need for your stay, appliances, utensils, everything, all you need to bring is food. The communication with Ana was also good. The resort is awesome, a bit far away from the center, but is all we want, away from the crowd. You will need to rent a car to go around and move to buy groceries. The beach at the resort has seaweed, but if you walk a bit, you may find shallow water. We moved to grace bay beach which is spectacular! Very nice resort and beautiful apartment. We'll come back!

Wonderful property outside of Grace Bay!
We stayed here in August 2023 for our first visit to Turks & Caicos. The condo was super clean and very well-equipped. We brought some food with us and also picked up a few groceries and everything we needed to make easy meals was available. It was great to have a washer and dryer too. The information that Ana provided with regard to the condo, beaches, restaurants, etc. was AMAZING! We actually printed it out and carried it with us everywhere we went ;) Yes, the condo is about a 15-20 minute drive from the "action" of Grace Bay but we didn't mind as the location is so private and serene. We rented a car from Grace Bay Auto Rentals (highly recommend) to get where we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the best of both worlds! NWR was amazingly remote yet close enough to town for driving in for dinner. It was in the middle of seemingly unexplored areas of TCI without being a plane ride away from the restaurants, shops and excursions. The communication with the property owner was better than any other place we have traveled. Ana’s checkin info covered tons of tips that made such a difference when preparing, getting around, eating or exploring. The view the view the view!!! And snorkeling amazing reefs right on ur own beach. We brought our own snorkel equipment an went any time we wanted. We rented a 4WD and took the narrow path up the road to the raw beach full of conch shells in the national park nearby. The condo was as described and felt like home. From 2 bedrooms you can sit up in the morning with a full view of miles of beach. The balcony was the best place to star gaze at night and see grace bay and lights in the distance. I could go on and on. I can’t say enough about how comfortable the property was for a relaxing stay as well as how awesome the proximity was for our adventurous spirit.

Very secluded. It felt like we had the place all to ourselves. The grounds were very well manicured and the people were friendly. There is a 2 mile unpacked road that needs some attention but other than that it was perfect. The condo was immaculate and had every amenity. We felt at home. Great location for a family
Enjoyed the say! The condo was further out, but we were expecting that, and it worked for our family. The condo had everything we needed, kitchen ware for cooking, washer and dryer, TV with streaming, onsite beach and pool, a cooler for the beach and more. We stayed with a family of 5, mom, dad, two kids and the nanny. Finding the location and entry in the condo was seamless. Ana provided a write-up of information to know about the stay at the condo, which was helpful, grocery locations were one of them. I recommend grocery shopping before you head to the condo, otherwise you find yourself unpacking at the condo and adding on a 15-to-20-minute (each way) ride back to the store, just get groceries when you leave the airport after getting a rental car (do not rent a car with PAYLESS, they were awful). With young children (2 and 4) we didn't need to travel with beach toys, everything we needed was at the beach, you don't even need beach chairs or beach towels, it's all there. Ana even went out of her way to provide us with a pack and play for our 2-year-old to sleep in, we appreciated that. Overall, we have no complaints about the stay, it was on the beach, pool was great, neighbors and other guest were welcoming. Thanks, Ana for welcoming us into you home.
