Great Condo

Great location. Steps away from Grace Bay Beach. We had a small problem with the towels at the beach. We spoke to management and everything was fine after. Condo very well appointed. I felt safe and secure. It was wonderful having breakfast on the Lani overlooking the pool. Great place for a great price. I can’t wait to return!

This Villa was everything we were looking for. Clean and spacious and well equipped. Staff were very friendly. The location was perfect too...walking distance to the grocery stores and several of the area's best restaurants. Just a short and very pleasant walk to the beach, where there were chairs and umbrellas for our use. If we ever return to the Turks and Caicos, we will definitely book this unit again. THANKS!!

Paradise!!!

The property is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. As a single mom traveling with 2 children I felt completely safe and comfortable every minute of our stay. From the first moment we arrived the staff was helpful and pleasant! There is 24 hour security that is present at all times. The villa is exactly as pictured. As a family we have traveled to dozens of island resorts. This was by far our favorite vacation. The ocean water and beach far exceeded any other destination we have been. Originally, I was concerned with it not being beach front but it is steps to the beach. The pool was extremely clean and in a perfect location to the villa. We only took one taxi (due to the price) and were able to walk to a variety of restaurants. Each morning we walked to the gourmet market for an ice coffee, pastry, and any needed food items. The villa is located in a perfect location and you are able to walk to shops, ice cream and restaurants!!! Alicia was completely accessible and responded to any questions within minutes. She was a joy to work with. The only negative is the price of food on the island. I recommend checking a suitcase full of snacks and necessities. We used the full kitchen to cook breakfast and lunch every day, which saved us hundreds. This property is perfect in all ways🌞🏝

AMAZING VACATION AND VILLA

Great Stay at Villa Del Mar

No hassles with check-in/check-out. Great 2 bedroom condo with large balcony. Pictures are a clear and accurate representation of the property. Great location in Grace Bay, across the street from the beach and easy walk to town for dinner. Pool was nice....especially after being in the ocean. We took advantage of the kitchen for breakfast and it was great having a washer and dryer so we could wash towels/clothes. Condo was clean and we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine. Note to people going to Turks and Caicos in general (not specific to this property), it is very expensive here, so if you concerned about money, book a place with a kitchen (like this) and bring in some booze so you can make some of your own cocktails. Then treat yourself to a few great meals out and some fancy drinks at the bar. And the beach area was beautiful and the hotel has a spot with chairs and umbrellas included. Thanks Alicia for quick responses when we arrived...(not a VRBO/owner issue....there was really a power outage on the island. But I called Alicia and she investigated and provided quick feedback)

Perfect stay, exactly as described and immaculately clean. Condo has everything you need. Bonus was extensive cable channel lineup and great internet. Wednesdays is manager reception party - Rum Punch is amazing but tread carefully cause it's a knockout punch. Beach is 3min walk across street. Umbrella, chairs and towels all provided and included with rental. Everything is a short 5 to 10min walk away - restaurants, grocery and resorts. I would highly recommend bike rental or scooter rental to be able to explore. Beach is spectacular - we basically stayed on beach all day from 10am - 5pm. Water is key, stay hydrated it's hot. Taxi's are a luxury and therefore expensive, as mentioned earlier rent a bike or scooter. Overall exactly what we expected, will definitely return.
