So-So
Anchor Inn is "on the water", but there is not really a beach--more like mud flats. The door to our room waa sticky and we weren't sure it was locked most of the time. The door to the fire escape on our floor did not close, so anyone could access the property at any time.

Such a beautiful view of Commercial Street with all its hustle and bustle. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch and the view of the Ptown Monument from the room. Climate control was so great I didn’t want to leave the room. Style of the room was so beautiful I wanted to just move in and stay. Will book a stay over the winter just to be able to use the fireplace in the room.

The best location in Ptown. Best front porch for people watching. Our room had wonderful balcony with excellent ocean view. Bathroom could use updating, but in spite of that our favorite place of many B And Bs we've stayed at.

We had a waterfront room with balcony..loved the view. Room was clean and comfortable. Proprietor friendly. We loved that we could walk to everything, and the location made it easy to leave the area at the end of our visit.

Very nice place. Best we stayed at in Provincetown. The room was large. Had a nice Balcony we hung out people watchin on Commercial St. Very convenient to the main center. Owner was very accommodating. Will surely book a room here again.

The one thing that bothered me about my stay was the fact that the bed was concave and very uncomfortable. I chose one of the most expensive options available and the bed mattress was completely worn out. I felt the room was a bit misrepresented in photos - Our room was long and narrow - I did not have that impression from the photo. Otherwise, aside from the pallets of smelly, exterior shingles sitting in the driveway (glad to see the owners were repairing this beautiful property), it was a very pleasant experience.
