We couldn’t have been happier with our rental through VRBO. Booking was very easy. Communication was very efficient and accurate. The unit was in a great location and had everything that we needed. It was also clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again.

Very roomy, clean with full kitchen. Walk out front door and your on Commercial street right next to the Candy store. I guess you could say that the location was SWEET !

Location, Location, Location!
This cozy little place -- with a VERY comfy bed -- is perfect for two people or a single person visiting Provincetown. The kitchen provides everything you need if you prefer to cook your own food, rather than indulge in one of the many, many delicious nearby restaurants. But what makes this spot truly sweet is its prime location. Right next door to a candy shop! Smack in the middle of town on Commercial Street, the central artery running through Ptown! It really could not be more centrally located. For that alone I'd rate it highly. I will mention that there are two other units in the building and if your neighbor has a loud child or likes to play loud music (both of these things happened during my stay) you will hear it, as the walls of this older building are thin. But, ultimately, that's a small price to pay for what you get for it being in the most ideal location. It was also very easy to access with the code for the lock. Recommended!

Couldn’t ask for a location closer to the action. Door pad worked as expected and AC cooled the bedroom quickly. Living area and bath were quite clean, but the carpet in the bedroom was a real bummer compared to the rest of the unit. New carpet is needed.

The place is absolutely perfect for one or a couple, looking to be centrally located in charming Ptown. It has everything you need: comfy bed, equipped kitchen, private entrance, AC that works well, etc. Convenient from the ferry/pier, mere steps to coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants. I would 100% stay again
