Affectionately nicknamed The Groggy Anchor, this stunning restoration dates to the early 1800s and is situated on the most charming grass lane in the heart of Provincetown's idyllic West End. You’ll love the vintage charm, convenient office, and light-filled all-suite layout. Prepare delicious dishes in the gorgeous full kitchen featuring a converted Glenwood stove, or step out to the yard for an afternoon cookout on the private gas grill. Steps from the beach, this locale is also walking distance to Provincetown’s top eateries and attractions. Stately furnishings and impeccably curated antiques adorn the living area, detailed with a large smart TV. Elsewhere, a small office provides a quiet workspace. The fenced yards feature attractive landscaping and Adirondack chairs for morning coffee among beautiful gardens. Tucked away off Commercial Street near Captain Jack’s Wharf, this historic locale is only steps from the beach and downtown fun. Find pubs, coffee shops, and fresh seafood eateries within walking distance. Local boutiques, bike rentals, and fishing charters are also a short stroll away.

Sleep soundly beneath cathedral ceilings in the Garden Suite, appointed with a private entrance, and access to the backyard. The en suite bathroom holds a claw-foot tub/shower combination. Located in the front of the house, the Parlor Suite boasts an adjoining sitting room/office and an en suite bathroom with a marble walk-in shower. Occupying the entire second floor, the Captain’s Quarters is an idyllic third suite with an en suite bathroom with a marble walk-in shower.

beautiful historic property a block from the beach
Beautifully restored historic property near shops and beach. Lots of tasteful clutter unfortunately means there is little surface space to use, especially in one of the bed and bathroom suites. Plants are dead. Setup is great for 3 couples with 3 en suites.
